. Taking responsibility for the Visual Merchandising and the Image of the pilot store, ensuring standards of excellence.
. Planning and organising the layout of the new collections with a commercial view.
. Daily display of the new arrivals ensuring standards.
. Adding value to the image of the pilot store, suggesting new ideas for improving it.
2 - ANALYSIS AND REPORTS
. Pinpointing points to improve and things that are lacking in order to present products from a commercial point of view, analysing daily the commercial reports.
. Proposing alternative solutions in a positive way if they are necessary.
. Analyze feed backs from the stores, and suggest actions plans.
3 - COMMUNICATION
. Capacity to work in a multi disciplinary environment.
. Positive and proactive attitude.
4 - TECHNOLOGY USE
. Use tools that are available to ensure the products are located and displayed in store.
METRICS AND KPI`S
. Respect timings of coordination and deadlines
. Analyse commercial reports in a daily bases.
. Fast reaction to commercial reports analysis, respecting the company image.
. High level of English.
. Spanish and French are a plus+
. Trend spotter
. Advanced level of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
. Ideally, over five years of experience as a visual merchandiser fast fashion retail.
. Knowledge of the market and main competitors.
. Experience in both garments and accessory displays.
. Problem solving
. Timely decision making
. Positive attitude
