ABOUT THE COMPANY


A luxury jewellery brand are looking for a part time HR assistant to support their Head Office Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a well known brand. With stores and concessions in some of London's most prestigious shopping locations. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be supporting with the following

- HR-related queries

- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment

- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

- Ad hoc administration duties

- Issue relevant correspondence

ABOUT YOU


- Strong administration skills

- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office

- A high level of confidentiality

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- The flexibility and willingness to learn

- Enjoy working with people

- Tact and diplomacy

- The ability to work as part of a team

- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
