ABOUT THE COMPANY


We are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist for a high street retailer based in Central London. A friendly and welcoming brand with a fun and upbeat environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role

You MUST have previous experience in a similar role and be able to manage your own workload independently. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders to the office.

- Meeting and greeting guests

- Receiving and distributing post

- Operating reception phone line, diverting calls

- Stationary orders, monitoring and replenishing office supplies

- Office maintenance, eg meeting rooms and monitors

ABOUT YOU


- Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active

- Decision maker

- Excellent customer service skills

- Flexible - as shifts may be ad-hoc

- Positive, enthusiastic about selling and motivated by sales targets

- Be able to start and work 16 th and 17 th April
