Wholesale Manager - Luxury Ladieswear brand


My client is a luxury ladieswear brand who is looking to expand its sales both in UK and internationally. They are looking for a Wholesale Manager who will be able to maintain existing and bring in new accounts like independent boutiques and large department stores. The collection consists of hand-made extravagant pieces made out of luxurious fabrics developed specifically for the needs of the brand.

About the Wholesale Manager role

- Develop the wholesale strategy and execute it effectively.

- Successfully maintain existing and developing new accounts

- Building strong client portfolio of luxury department stores and boutiques

- Successfully present the collection to national and international retailers

- Negotiate points of sale, wholesale prices and visual placements with clients

- Actively promoting the brand in the international luxury segment

- End off season feedback and reporting on sales, customer feedback, market research, budget projections etc.

- Continuous involvement in the brand strategy

- PR and event management when new collection is launched

- Negotiating payment terms with customers and chasing outstanding payments


- 7-10 years of experience in the luxury market with ladieswear brands

- Strong communication and PR skills

- Willing to travel internationally on fashion shows and collection launches

- Passion for luxury and design

- Has extensive network of contacts in the luxury industry both in UK and internationally

- Strong business awareness and negotiation abilities
