Digital Marketing Manager

London based fashion brand, inspired by global street style, showing an unique and trendy prints, with innovative fabrics, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in London.

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years' experience in an Online/Digital Marketing role (ideally gained within a fast paced fashion retail or FMCG business) and will be looking for a step up into a Management role where they will be able to lead on strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE...

This is a broad role, with varied responsibilities which include:

* Being in charge of the overall 360 digital marketing strategy using various channels in line with what is the most lucrative to either drive the most revenue, or create brand awareness.
* Assisting with creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and leading on how to execute these digitally across each channel.
* Managing a small team of creatives who produce content and manage social media.
* Creating reports using Google Analytics on each digital channel looking at traffic, revenue, conversion rate and feeding back important analysis from this into your work.
* Using customer data to efficiently target customers with appropriate marketing.
* Setting up and running email campaigns with support from the content team.
* Running tests and analysis in order to improve digital campaigns.
* Managing any PPC campaigns, and introducing Shopping into the current strategy to increase revenue.
* Monitoring online presence of the brands other retailers to ensure for no conflicts.
* Using Facebook and Instagram advertisements pushing a variety of content to support trade and build brand awareness and increase revenue.
* Managing the relationship with our affiliate network, ensuring coverage is gained through third party sites at a strong ROI.
* Working alongside our content team to ensure that keywords are considered for SEO.
* Managing a budget.

ABOUT YOU...

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* A proven track record to successful end to end digital practice, with a strong focus on demonstrating ROI through monitoring and reporting of key KPIs
* An ability to work on their own and as part of a small team
* An affinity for the Jaded brand with an instinctive understanding of our tone of voice and brand proposition
* Experience of setting up digital campaigns across various channels
* Excellent project management skills, with a proactive approach and a clear focus on results
* Ability to manage a broad and varied workload, including a combination of both analytical and creative tasks
* Natural enthusiasm for the digital world in fashion.
