Our client is an award winning fashion agency that represent a number of popular lifestyle and urban brands across clothing, footwear and accessories. They strive to offer an exceptional service to their brands and customers across the wholesale market from their London and Manchester showrooms.


Key Account Manager role.

This role is for a Key Account Manager to work from their Manchester Showroom. Working across Mens, Ladies, and accessory brands, this role will be responsible for their own brands and the selling and aftercare for their brands and accounts. The role involves (but is not limited to):

- Take full responsibility for your brands, driving the sales each season with the key accounts, negotiating budgets with the clients to ensure the sales targets are met and exceeded

- Organise, prepare and manage the customer buy meetings, with the ability to nurture and grow the brands

- Build and maintain successful relationships with the key accounts, and follow through on all queries from the buyers

- Effective follow through with your clients, ensuring all orders are received and checked, and managing the delivery schedules, keeping your clients updated at each stage

- After sales management, reviewing sales figures weekly, driving up sells, stock swaps and stock management


Already working within a wholesale key account manager role, the ideal candidate would:

- Have a talent for selling and able to achieve and exceed targets as well as seek new opportunities successfully.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills across all platforms, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Well organised, driven and diligent in your work ethic, able to prioritise according to the needs of the business and excellent time management skills

- Enjoys working within a dynamic team, and able to work both independently but both within a team to ensure the business objectives are achieved
