Sales Account Manager-Trims

Are you someone who loves working with all the trims and accessories that go on a garment? My client is a leading Trims and Accessories supplier who works on both high street and high end Luxury product, and they are now looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team.


My client is a recognisable name in the industry and they have established themselves within their niche market supplying some much loved names on both the high street and premium brands.



Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving the business on both current and new potential clients. The role will involve (but is not limited to) :

- Manage Accounts across UK and international territories, keeping in constant communication with your accounts, always seeking opportunities to grow the revenue

- Be proactive with the ability to source and pitch for new business opportunities to grow the portfolio of clients

- Working with the sourcing base and the internal sales support team on all sample developments

- Manage the cost negotiation process ensuring the desired targets and margins are achieved

- Keeping abreast of your competitors within the market place.


The ideal candidate will be:

- A Strong sales person with exceptional negotiation skills

- An understanding of your clients with the ability to grow and maximise new revenue opportunities

- A Self Starter with the drive to push forward and exceed targets and expectations

- Excellent communication skills with both the external and internal teams across all levels of the business
