An exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager has arisen to work at a well-established supplier based in East London. Our client is well versed in supplying fashion garments to high street retailers and e-tailers and operate a friendly yet fast paced working environment. If you have at least 2 years' experience with a fashion supplier and are looking for a new challenge, this could be a great role for you.

The Role:

  • Manage the development process for Buyers each season by working closely with the product development team

  • Responsible for the price negotiation process between the factory and Buyers, ensuring the desired margins and targets are achieved

  • Oversee the critical path with to ensure all specific requirements are adhered to

  • Identify areas of growth for the business and really drive it forward by generating new ideas and maximising on repeat business and sales

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working in a similar Junior Account Management role for a supplier to UK and International retailers and the ability to build successful relationships

  • A strong commercial eye and the ability to foresee potential opportunities and use them to grow the business

  • Excellent negotiation skills, a decisive character and the command to implement new ideas quickly and efficiently

  • Tenacious, confident and resilient, with a sales driven attitude

What you will get in return:

  • Salary of £22-26k, dependent on experience
