Payroll Administrator - Full Time - £20,000 - £22,000

ABOUT THE COMPANY


A high street fashion forward brand are looking for a Payroll administrator to support their Head Office Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a brand expanding aggressively in the UK in the next few years. They have a fun and down to earth team and you will be based in their New Head office in a central London location.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager you will be responsible for the below:

- Responsible for all payroll administration and make sure all employees get paid the right amount on the right date

- Processing payslips

- Processing Deductions / Raises

- General administration duties

- Answering staff queries in regards to pay or pay slips

- Dealing with tax and national insurance payments

- calculating overtime, shift payments and pay increases

- Issuing P45's and tax forms

- Working closely with the HR Team

ABOUT YOU


- Confident working independently with little supervision

- Self Motivated

- Relevant office skills, sending emails using Excel

- Experience with ITrend or HR Net would be preferred

- Excellent Maths skills

- Experience in payroll processes

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Good organisational and time management skills

- Working hours - 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

- Central London Office
