ABOUT THE COMPANY


My client is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their boutique in central London.The candidate must be strong in both management and sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

role

- Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition

ABOUT YOU


- Previous managerial experience is essential
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Able to communicate on all levels
- Ability to engage with customers and team members
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- You must have luxury or premium brand experience
