Overview…

Our client, one of the UK's most iconic luxury accessories brands is looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to join their Corporate team to manage and develop their existing corporate client database. You will manage the full sales process from initial sales pitch through to customer aftercare following delivery whilst providing the highest possible customer service to achieve and surpass financial goals. This is a truly interesting role that will see you working cross functionally to crewate and implement a startegy to maximize sales. The role would suit candidates with experience in a similar role who are target driven, able to work to deadlines and use their own initiative.

About The Role…

  • Manage existing corporate client database and grow existing client sales

  • Introduce brand to new customers and develop relationships

  • Focus on re-engaging inactive accounts by identifying relevant business opportunities

  • Meet with key customers in order to build relationships and close significant sales

  • Conceive and implement strategies to maximize revenue with high spending clients

  • Liaise with marketing to share both Marketing and Sales opportunities

  • Maintain impeccable customer service standards

  • Understand client needs and exceed their expectations

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the Merchandising team

  • Share intelligence, best practice and sales strategies in order to optimize sales

  • Work according to team guidelines and processes

About You…

  • Highly motivated and target driven

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • B2B sales background, especially sourcing new business

  • Knowledge of luxury Corporate Gifts market beneficial but not essential

  • Good understanding of the luxury market critical

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role

  • Ability and confidence to communicate at a senior level

  • Confidence to communicate and meet with clients at all levels

  • Impeccable personal presentation and good manners

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems

  • Numerate and confident calculating orders, discounts and margins
