Our client a British designer jewellery brand are looking for a WEB ANALYST to join their team and support the growth of their online business through reporting and insight on customer journey, exit and completion. The brand is fast becoming the go-to jewellery brand for the fashion-forward and leads the way with its on trend, demi-fine, contemporary jewellery. Having cultivated a loyal following throughout the UK and abroad, stockists include prestigious department stores and boutiques.

About The Role…

  • Weekly analysis of site content engagement; reporting on KPIs of key content spots including homepage modules, internal searches, key areas of high engagement vs fall out (by monitoring UX and user journeys), for BAU activity as well as Campaigns.

  • Weekly analysis of all digital channels; reporting on KPIs for BAU activity, launches, and campaigns.

  • Reporting into Ecommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Manager on engagement and performance of key collections, categories, content launches and specific site functionality to help inform decision-making for the departments.

  • Analysing and interpreting trends across the site and making recommendations for development and updates. Key will be building reports for journey mapping, purchase funnel analysis and heat mapping - identifying suitable testing tools will be an important starting point.

  • Guide the implementation of personalised user journey strategy, perform customer segmentation analysis, identify pages to personalise, manage KPIs, granular user reporting and provide insights.

  • Exploring functionality that will boost engagement and conversion on the website focusing on up-sell/cross-sell initiatives to boost KPIs like UPT and AOV.

  • Owning UX testing - pinpointing pain-points, reviewing engagement with content, espots, banners through A/B testing. Producing an array of research-backed solutions to any given user journey challenge.

  • Generating unique insights into market share across key categories using tools such as Hitwise.

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics - creating dashboards, custom reports, advanced segments and an understanding of basic regular expressions.

About You…

  • 2-3 years' experience in a reporting/analytics role. Experience of working with enhanced e-commerce reports.

  • Strong understanding of web analytics and CRO tools. Data-driven approach to optimisation.

  • Google Analytics experience is essential. GAIQ certification.

  • Experience in UX Analyst/Research role within an ecommerce setting, ideally with experience implementing user journey personalisation.

  • Google tag manager experience.

  • Strong commercial acumen and trading mentality.

  • A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Results Focused - able to prioritise initiatives based on impact to the business.

  • Problem Solving - able to gather all information and identify problems quickly, using creativity to propose actionable solutions.

  • Strong communication and people skills.
