Digital Marketing Manager with strong social media/ digital marketing experience. A strategic and creative thinker with a strong understanding of luxury fashion.

You must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a busy environment and have and have a strong understanding/experience of ROI and tracking development and success of activations.

- Strategy & Planning

- Supporting Global Head of PR & Communications on the overarching Brand Communications & Marketing strategy.

- Analysis and development of existing activity and seeking out innovative and creative new ways to target and engage both existing and new target customer audiences.

- Supporting Global Head of PR & Communications in the daily management and upkeep of the brands retail planning & content calendar working in close partnership with Merchandise, Wholesale, Graphics and E-comm teams.

- Management and planning of the brands global social media strategy.

- Overseeing social media reporting, communicating to the wider business with weekly and monthly updates, analysing and utilising results to drive strategy.

- Researching and proposing new platforms and tools to: drive digital innovation, meet business needs, improve efficiencies, reach new audiences/markets and measure success.

- Conducting competitor analysis studies and digital marketing footprint analysis.

- Content Management & Creation:

- Timely planning and briefing of all brand content requirements working with Graphics team across all Campaign shoots and all digital content.

- Working in partnership with E-comm team on developing engaging content across the website, mailers and digital marketing opportunities.

- Digital Marketing

- Supporting the Ecomm team on planning, management and tracking success of external Social Media Advertising agency activity.

- Managing the planning, delivery, budget management and tracking success of internal Instagram advertising.

- Supporting the wholesale team in maintaining and developing partner relations via the brands own social media platforms and seeking out co-op partnerships opportunities across their social channels.

- Supporting wholesale team on planning, management and tracking success of digital marketing co-op opportunities to support key wholesale accounts.

- Management and implementation of influencer activity based on brand alignment and reaching desired target audience.

- Proposing and managing budgets for all additional social media, influencer or content driven activations.


- Proactive, resourceful and a team player with the ability to take a project from start to completion.

- Minimum of 5 years experience within a social media/digital marketing role

- Innovative, Passionate, engaged and motivated

- Previous experience in motivating and managing a small team.

- Able to encompass the brand and values and truly represent the spirit of the company
