Merchandising Admin Assistant

Our client, a luxury heritage brand have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an entry level role and will involve all aspects of merchandising reporting to the Head of Merchandising.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role

-A highly analytical role.

-Requires the ability to interpret data easily using Excel.

-Omni-channel stock level management.

-Ensure data integrity of all sales and trade reports.

-Analyse sales data and report any issues or opportunities to maximise sales to the team.

-Manage weekly delivery schedule and liaise with relevant teams.

-Effectively managing markdowns and promotions

-Highly analytical and excellent numerical skills.

-Effective problem solver and able to react quickly to potential setbacks.

-Able to build and maintain great relationships, confident communicator.

-Ability to analyse data accurately and identify issues and patterns.

-Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines - excellent time management.

-Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual.
